On July 15. 2023, one 36 meter pontoon boat built by Foshan Sunrise Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. was completed and delivered to Shenzhen, anchored in Shenzhen Bay. This pontoon boat is a water terminal, mainly responsible for the local maritime security management, cracking down on maritime smuggling, illegal immigration, drug trafficking, counter-terrorism, and security of water activities. It’s also responsible for water emergency rescue, and comprehensive emergency drills.
